Important Vintage Native American Navajo Del Delgarito Turquoise Sterling Silver Concho Belt

This is a museum quality vintage Navajo turquoise and silver concho belt. This amazing piece contains absolutely phenomenal silver works. Lcoated in the center of each concho and buckle are superior dome shaped Sleeping Beauty turquoise stones. Each larger concho measures around 2-1/2" X 2". The surrounding silver works consist of sun stampings, channel patterns, dotted works and diamond patterns. This concho belt contains old natural patina with 15 amazing silver conchos. The large buckle measures around 3-1/8" X 2". The belt measures a total length of about 52" long. The stones measure around 1/2" x 1/4". Signed by Navajo artist, Delbert Delgarito . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 329 grams.
