Important Vintage Native American Navajo David Tune Sterling Silver Turquoise Inlay Necklace Old

This is a breathtaking Navajo inlaid silver necklace handmade by the very famous artist, David Tune. This piece is absolutely remarkable as the inlay is phenomenal containing coral, turquoise, sugulite, mother of pearl and lapis. The large silver pendant is thick and sturdy and measures around 2-1/4" X 3/4" including the large silver bail. The necklace consists of a wonderful handmade silver link chain. Surrounding the inlay on the pendant are marvelous hand carved channel works. Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Navajo artist, David Tune . The length of the necklace measures around 28".
