Important Vintage Native American Navajo Dan Jackson (famous) Sterling Silver Bracelet

This is a magnificent Navajo all silver very thick and sturdy cuff bracelet handmade by the extremely famous artist, Dan Jackson. Dan Jackson is a Navajo artist known for his contemporary paintings and sculptures that reflect his Native American heritage. He was born in 1955 in Fort Defiance, Arizona, and grew up on the Navajo reservation. Jackson's artwork often incorporates traditional Navajo imagery and symbolism, such as the hogan (traditional Navajo dwelling), the sacred corn plant, and the colors associated with the four cardinal directions. He also draws inspiration from his personal experiences and observations of life on the reservation. In addition to his artwork, Jackson is also an educator and has taught art at the high school and college levels. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his work, including a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. This wonderful bracelet consists of an extremely thick and sturdy all silver cuff that contains three remarkable very precise deep line segments. The line segments run from one end to the other. The simplicity of this bracelet is absolutely gorgeous. Even thought the bracelet appears to be simple making the simplistic design is actually very difficult. The width of the bracelet measures around 7/8". Signed by Navajo artist, Dan Jackson. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-1/4" with an additional 1" gap. Sturdy 68 grams.
