Important Vintage Native American Navajo 1st Phase Late 1800's/1900's Concho Belt

This is a museum quality vintage Navajo very large extremely old coin silver concho belt. This remarkable belt is from the late 1800's/ earlier 1900's. This 1st phase belt includes 7 outstanding large oval shaped all silver conchos. The conchos consist of beautiful sun stamp works with accenting dotted works. Located in the center are hand cut out diamond patterns. Surrounding the center diamond cut outs are outstanding stamped teepee patterns with more accenting silver dotted works. Each concho measure around 3-3/4" X 3". I cannot believe how old this concho belt is but yet still in such amazing condition. The buckle on this belt is amazing and consists of more outstanding stamp works. The buckle measures around 3-1/2" X 2-1/4". What I absolutely love is how the artist put leather backings on each concho making the belt more sturdy and durable. Coin silver. This belt will fit a waist size between 31" and 34-1/2". Sturdy 388 grams.
