Important Vintage Native American Hopi Ramona Loloma Spiny Oyster Sterling Silver Necklace Old
This is a breathtaking vintage Hopi extremely rare necklace handmade by the famous artist, Ramona Laloma. Ramona is related to Charles Laloma. This piece contains 8 beautiful spiny oyster shells that each measure around 1/2" X 1/4". Surrounding each shell are superior hand carved silver leaves with accenting stems, ropes and flowers. This necklace contains a marvelous handmade silver link chain with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. Signed by Hopi artist, Ramona Laloma . The length of the necklace measures around 22". Sturdy 47 grams.
