This is a museum quality vintage Hopi very important inlaid beautifully hand carved silver cuff bracelet handmade by one of the most famous Hopi artists in history, Phillip Sekaquaptewa. Check out that phenomenal cuff and all of the detailed beauty it contains. Phillip won multiple awards. I love how his pieces consist of multiple techniques, this one including bottom bordering inlaid stones and a top hand carved silver pueblo on top of a cliff. Resting at the ends of the very thick and sturdy silver cuff are more impeccable silver carvings that consist of lightning bolts coming out of rain clouds and dancing kokopellis. Check out those impressive chisel works located throughout. The stones on this thick cuff bracelet consist of lapis, Royston and end ironwood. The width of the bracelet measures around 1-1/2". Signed by Hopi artist, Phillip Sekaquaptewa. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-3/4" with an additional 1-1/4" gap. Sturdy 94 grams.
