This is a museum quality Navajo inlaid silver cuff bracelet being one of the finest inlaid bracelets we have ever collected. This piece was made by the artist to honor all veterans. Chay-da-gahi means tank and is symbolic. Just check out the intricacy and detailing of all of that superior inlay workmanship. The inlay consists of an American flag, Navajo rug pattern, Navajo scenery of a hogan with a monument being in the background of a desert, Raising the Flag on Iwo Jima, and a center tank. The intricacy of this inlaid bracelet is just spectacular as it was all done by hand, that is absolutely incredible! The inlay on the bracelet includes lapis, white stone, Sleeping Beauty turquoise, coral, onyx, green stones, tan stones, and spiny oyster shells. The width of the bracelet measures around 1-5/8". Signed by Navajo artist, D. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-3/4" with an additional 1-1/4" gap. Sturdy 161 grams.
