Important Tonya Rafael Turquoise Sterling Silver Vintage Native American Navajo Ring

This is a magnificent Navajo huge important silver butterfly ring handmade by the famous artist. Tonya Rafael. This piece measures a mind blowing 3-3/8" X 1-7/8", one of the largest rings we have collected. Located on the butterfly are four impeccable turquoise stones with a center accenting spiny oyster shell. The silver works that rest throughout the stones are just phenomenal including swirling stems and raindrops. The turquoise appears to be from the Robbins Egg turquoise mine which is very rare. Check out how Tonya did those amazing silver firework stampings on the back of the ring as well as on the large silver shank. The largest stone measures around 1-1/8" x 5/8". Signed by Navajo artist, Tonya Rafael . The ring size is around 11. Sterling silver, marked. Sturdy 57 grams.
