Important Rug Pattern Sterling Silver Vintage Native American Navajo Hand Tooled Concho Belt

This is a tremendous vintage Navajo all silver concho leather concho belt. This remarkable belt contains 16 outstanding handmade rectangular shaped unique stamped silver conchos that each measure around 1-1/2" X 3/4". The unique stampings on the conchos consist of teepee patterns, pueblo patterns, sun stampings and just overall beautiful rug pattern designs. The buckle of the belt is a wonderful concho with flanking side sun bursting patterns and measures around 2-5/8" X 1-3/8". I absolutely love the beauty this belt has to offer for it consisting of solid sterling silver conchos. Signed by Navajo artist, Vince Platero . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+ . This belt will fit a waist size between 30-1/4" and 38". Sturdy 214 grams.
