Important Old Hopi Native American Jewelry Silver Earrings
This is a superlative vintage Hopi important silver earrings made by the famous Bernard Dawahoys. Bernard was the most prolific Hopi artists of our time and his technique is very unique. The picture on each earring is of an Indian gatherer who is most likely in search of the days or weeks harvest. Resting on this piece are fascinating handmade silver chisel marks. Each earring measures around 1-3/4" X 5/8". Cir. 1950's+. The earrings weigh around 12 grams.
