Important Linkin Family Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Cross Sterling Silver Necklace

This is a striking Navajo hand carved stone cross silver pendant necklace. This necklace is very long and consists of a bottom silver cross pendant that measures around 2-3/4" X 1". The cross pendant consists of a hand carved yellow stone cross with an accenting green to blue colored turquoise stone. Surrounding the pendant is a wonderful silver rope with accenting raindrops and large silver bail. The rest of the necklace is comprised of handmade silver links with every other link being coiled. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, J Linkin. The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 47 grams.
