Important Kenneth Begay Vintage Native American Navajo Sterling Silver Triangular Earrings

This is an exceptional vintage Navajo pair of silver clip on earrings handmade by the very famous artist, Kenneth Begay. Kenneth was taught by one of the most famous artists in history at the Fort Wingate School, Fred Peshlakai. This piece was made in the incredibly famous White Hogan shop that was located in Scottsdale, AZ. Kenneth was a multiple award winner which is no surprise considering his workmanship is absolutely astonishing.These earrings are a wonderful triangular shape that each measure around 3/4" X 3/4". The deep geometric triangular maze patterns that are carved into the earrings are just phenomenal. I love the simplicity but yet detailing of these beautiful earrings. Sterling silver. Signed by Navajo artist, Kenneth Begay. Cir. 1970's+. The earrings weigh around 13 grams.
