This is a superlative vintage Navajo two stone large silver pendant handmade by the very famous artist, Kee Joe Benally. Kee Joe Benally is a very famous artist and is known for his impeccable workmanship. He won multiple awards one being the Arizona Indian Living Treasure award back in 2004. That award is very impressive as only one person can win it per year. This remarkable pendant contains two very large chunky turquoise stones being from the amazing green Kingman turquoise mine. Surrounding each stone are phenomenal handmade silver raindrops. This pendant measures around 3-3/8" X 1-1/8" and the largest turquoise stone measures around 1-1/8" X 3/4". Sterling silver. Signed by Navajo artist, Kee Joe Benally . Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 21 grams.
