Important Kee Family Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Shell Sterling Silver Bracelet
This is a superior vintage Navajo stone and shell silver cuff bracelet. This bracelet was handmade by the famous artist, Ivan Kee. Ivan worked in the famous White Hogan shop. This bracelet consists of four outstanding square shaped red spiny oyster shells with a single accenting square shaped blue turquoise stone. The stones and shells are beautifully placed in a marvelous geometric pattern that runs throughout the center of the cuff with beautiful line segments running through. The intricacy and detailing of this bracelet is just stunning. The stones measure around 3/8" x 3/8". The width of the bracelet measures around 1". Signed by Navajo artist, Ivan Kee. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-3/4" with an additional 1" gap. Sturdy 59 grams.
