Important Floyd Arviso Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Concho Belt

This is a breathtaking vintage Navajo turquoise and silver concho belt. This is one of the best concho belts we have recently collected because the stones are absolutely phenomenal and incredibly rare. This is a highly collectible piece. Check out the backs on the conchos as the artist really took their time making this impeccable belt. Resting on each of the 10 silver conchos is a beautiful chunky turquoise stone that appears to be from the phenomenal high grade Carico Lake turquoise mine. These stones are extremely high grade and very collectible. The surrounding silver works on the conchos are amazing as they include repoussed shells, sun stampings and dotted works. The marvelous buckle measures around 2-5/8" X 2-1/8" and consists of four more impeccable high grade Carico Lake turquoise stones. The average stone measures around 1/2" X 1/4". Signed by Navajo artist, Floyd Arviso . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. This belt will fit a waist size between 32" and 49". Sturdy 376 grams.
