Important Double Sided Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Silver Necklace

This is a superior Navajo reversible pendant turquoise and coral silver necklace. This wonderful necklace contains a beautiful thick and sturdy trapezoid shaped silver pendant that has designs on both sides, so incredible. Located on one side is a chunky coral stone with accenting plant patterns, mountain patterns, channel works and wave works. Located on the other side of the pendant is a chunky Morenci turquoise stone that is beautifully placed in a shadowbox setting. Accenting the stone on this side are more wonderful shadowbox patterns with accenting teepee patterns and line segments. The pendant measures around 2-1/2" X 1-1/4" including the bail. The turquoise stone on the pendant measures around 1/2" X 3/8". Located on the rest of the necklace are stunning hand cut disc shaped turquoise stones with accenting chunky corals and spiny oyster shells. Situated at the ends are long silver cones. This amazing necklace is even signed which is located on the inside of the bail. Sterling silver. Cir. 1990's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Nel Morton. The length of the necklace measures around 26". Sturdy 70 grams.
