This is an exquisite vintage Navajo inlaid flying American flag silver pendant necklace. This outstanding necklace contains a large inlaid flying American flag that consists of lapis, mother of pearl and spiny oyster shells. The flag is stunning as it appears to be flying the wind. The entire pendant including the bail measures around 2-1/4" X 2". The chain on the necklace is amazing as it is handmade with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Navajo artist, Calvin Dessin. The length of the necklace measures around 28". Sturdy 53 grams.
