This is an exceptional Navajo museum quality silver concho belt. This is one of the most important concho belts we have collected this year. What makes this piece so important is that it is a Floyd Becenti concho belt and this piece is an authentic Floyd Becenti. Please be very careful as there are many fakes out there of his work. This piece is incredible as he is one of the best story telling artists of all time and the stories that are pictured in this concho belt are just top notch. Look at the intricacy of the silver works. Floyd did not make too many concho belts making this piece even more unique. I love the 10 all silver rectangular shaped silver conchos including the buckle. This belt can be worn within links. Each concho measures around 3" X 1-1/8". Signed by Navajo artist, Floyd Becenti . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. This belt will fit a waist size between 38" and 42-1/2". Sturdy 268 grams.
