This is an exquisite vintage Santo Domingo silver pair parrot pendant. This piece is important and incredibly rare because it contains real 14k gold which is above the pueblo patterns and in the parrots eye. Look at those silver works, completely detailed. Each and every one of those chisels in the parrots feathers were hand done. Sterling silver and 14k gold, marked. Signed by Santo Domingo artist Joseph Vern Coriz. The pin measures around 2-7/8" x 1-1/4". Cir. 1960's+. Sturdy 24 grams.
