Heavy Important Vintage Native American Navajo Green Turquoise Coral Sterling Silver Buckle

This is a superlative vintage Navajo turquoise and coral silver buckle handmade by the famous artist, Rick Martinez. This piece is very large and measures a whopping 3-7/8" X 3" and can fit a belt width of about 1-3/8" or less. This buckle is very thick and sturdy and consists of beautiful surrounding channel sun bursting patterns, sun stampings and teepee patterns. Situated in the center of the thick silver buckle is a phenomenal Royston turquoise stone with beautiful surrounding dome shaped coral stones. The center stone measures around 3/4" x 1/2". Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Navajo artist, Rick Martinez . Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 107 grams.
