This is a museum quality vintage Navajo huge hand tooled silver concho belt. This phenomenal piece contains outstanding Carico Lake turquoise stones, a total of 18 beautiful turquoise stones. The average stone measures around 1/2" X 1/4". Located on this belt are 14 incredible large and thick hand tooled silver conchos. Each of the rounded conchos measures around 3-1/4" X 3" and each of the large butterfly shaped silver conchos measures around 2-1/4" X 1". The detailing on each concho consists of bordering sun stampings with center silver repoussed shells. The huge rectangular shaped silver concho measures a whopping 3-3/4" X 3" and consists of more beautiful sun stampings and cloud works. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century .
