This is a museum quality vintage Navajo turquoise silver squash blossom necklace. This outstanding necklace contains 13 phenomenal large and chunky Blue Gem turquoise stones. The largest turquoise stone measures a stunning 1" X 5/8". What I absolutely love are the surrounding graduating silver raindrops that are on the squashes and naja pendant. The bottom impeccable large double silver shank naja pendant measures around 3-1/4" X 3-1/8". Resting throughout the rest of the necklace are mind blowing lrage round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. Blue Gem turquoise is a specific type of turquoise gemstone that is highly sought after for its intense blue color and black matrix patterns. It is found in the southwestern United States, particularly in Nevada and Arizona, and is considered to be some of the finest turquoise in the world.
