This is an astonishing vintage Navajo turquoise silver squash blossom necklace. This museum quality squash blossom contains 16 extremely rare turquoise stones that appear to be from the old Blue Diamond turquoise mine. Surrounding the stones are impeccable silver works that consist of ropes, dotted beads and leaves. The remarkable large double shank naja pendant measures around 3-1/2" X 3-1/4". Check out those marvelous hand stampings that are on each individual silver bead, that is very rare and difficult to achieve. Sterling silver. Cir. 1960's+ . Signed by Navajo artist, Gail Damon. The length of the necklace measures around 33". Sturdy 296 grams.
