Freddy Guerro Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Hand Tooled Sterling Silver Concho Belt

This is an impressive vintage Navajo turquoise silver concho belt handmade by the famous artist, Freddie Guerro. This belt consists of 9 remarkable hand carved silver conchos and a marvelous silver buckle. Located in each concho and buckle are wonderful hand carved old Sleeping Beauty turquoise stones. Surrounding the stones are superior silver works that consist of sun stampings, dotted works, channep patterns and teepee patterns. Each concho measures around 2-3/8" X 2" and the buckle measures around 3" X 2-1/8". The stone on the buckle measures around 1/2" 5/8" and every other stone on the conchos are fairly close in size to the one on the buckle. Signed by Navajo artist, Freddie Guerro . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. This belt will fit a waist size between 29" and 36". Sturdy 308 grams.
