This is a breathtaking vintage Navajo coral silver concho belt. This remarkable belt contains 16 superior handmade silver conchos that consist of 8 all silver butterfly conchos and 8 coral and silver oval shaped conchos. Each oval concho measures around 1-3/8" X 1-1/8" and contains a beautiful center coral in the center. Each of the butterfly shaped conchos measures around 1-1/4" X 7/8". Located on each concho are amazing silver works that consist of sun bursting patterns, dotted works and sun stampings. Each coral measures a wonderful 1/4" X 3/16". The 1-1/2" X 1-1/4" rectangular shaped silver buckle is stunning and contains matching silver works with a center coral stone. Signed by Navajo artist, JH. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. This belt will fit a waist size between 34-1/2" and 45". Sturdy 121 grams.
