Exquisite Vintage Native American Navajo Spiny Oyster Sterling Silver Necklace

This is an exquisite vintage Navajo spiny oyster necklace. This amazing piece contains beautiful graduating disc shaped red spiny oyster shells. Resting at the bottom are graduating triangular shaped spiny oyster shells with the largest measuring around 7/8" X 5/8". The smaller disc shaped spiny oysters measure around 3/16" in diameter while the largest ones measure around 3/8" in diameter. Situated at the ends of the beautiful necklace are amazing hand tooled silver beads with accenting cones and a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid to late 20th century . The length of the necklace measures around 22". Sturdy 45 grams.
