Authentic Very Rare Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Purse

This is a magnificent vintage Navajo very large handmade leather and silver concho pattern over the shoulder bag. This bag is absolutely remarkable and contains so much intricacy and detailing. The strap of the bag looks like a concho belt and contains 23 outstanding handmade round and rectangular shaped silver conchos. Each concho contains a wonderful center Sleeping Beauty turquoise stone. Located on the bag are beautiful silver star buttons along with large halved beads and nickles. Dangling from the bottom are superior silver beads with accenting leather pieces and long silver cones. I absolutely love the look of this bag. The bag itself measures around 6-3/4" X 6" not including the dangling leather pieces from the bottom. The length of the bag with the strap measures around 68". Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . Sturdy 234 grams.
