Authentic Hand Tooled Vintage Native American Navajo Sterling Silver Turquoise Concho Belt

This is a tremendous vintage Navajo old silver concho belt. This remarkable belt contains 18 incredible silver conchos, 9 being larger oval shaped conchos and the other 9 being beautiful all silver butterfly shaped conchos. Located in the center of each of the larger conchos is a wonderful oval shaped Sleeping Beauty turquoise stone. The silver works on this belt include stunning sun works, slanted channel works and repoussed shells, just beautiful. The impressive large rectangular shaped silver buckle consists of four more amazing turquoise stones with matching silver works. Each of the larger conchos measure around 2-1/4" X 1-7/8" and the buckle measures around 3" X 2-1/8". The total length of the belt measures around 34". Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century .
