470 Grams Vintage Native American Navajo Hand Hammered Sterling Silver Concho Belt

This is a magnificent vintage early 1900's Navajo very large silver concho belt. This phenomenal belt consists of 12 remarkable very large all silver conchos, 7 butterfly shaped and 5 oval shaped conchos. Each oval shaped concho measures around 2-3/4" X 2-1/4" and each butterfly shaped concho measures around 2-3/8" X 1-1/4". Eac concho consists of beautiful silver stamp works that consist of sun stampings, teepee patterns, flattened rope patterns, and repoussed shells. The concho belt is very wide and amazing measuring around 2-1/2". I absolutely love the large rectangular shaped silver buckle that measures around 3-3/8" X 2-1/2". The buckle measures around wave patterns, sun stampings and beautiful repoussed shells. The total length of the belt measures around 40-1/2" long. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . Sturdy 470 grams.
