This is a marvelous vintage Navajo Native American jewelry Native American jewelry hand wrought silver concho belt. This piece contains 13 amazing and intricate oval shaped conchos. Bordering each concho are marvelous silver sun patterns with accenting line segments. A beautiful diamond pattern is cut out of the center of each 2-1/2" X 2" concho. What I love about this piece is that even the links on the back are sterling silver as usually they are copper. Located on the impeccable rectangular shaped 3" X 1-3/4" silver buckle are four outstanding turquoise stones with more incredible bordering silver patterns. The turquoise stones appear to have originated from the impressive Persin turquoise mine. The stones measure around 3/8" x 1/4". Sterling silver, marked. Cir. Late 20th century .
