This is a breathtaking vintage Navajo Native American Jewelry silver squash blossom necklace. This piece contains 10 fabulous silver squashes that each carry a wonderful turquoise stone. This necklace carries a total of 18 amazing turquoise stones with the largest measuring around 5/8" X 3/8". The stones appear to be from the fascinating very rare and old Carico Lake turquoise mine. Surrounding all of the stones are stunning slver ropes and waving patterns. The necklace contains a beautiful plethora of round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. The naja on this necklace measures around 3" X 3-1/8". It is rare to find this type of turquoise in squash blossoms especially from the old deposit. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 32". Sturdy 174 grams.
