Gasp! Vintage Native American Zuni Turquoise Inlay Sterling Silver Squash Blossom Necklace

This is a fascinating Zuni inlaid silver squash blossom necklace. This phenomenal necklace is very unique in design as each squash consists of an inlaid triangular silver section. The inlay consists of lapis, coral, and turquoise. Each squash measures around 1-3/8" X 3/8". Located on the necklace are a total of 10 beautiful silver inlaid squashes. Resting at the bottom is a wonderfully detailed inlaid silver naja pendant that consists of more beautiful turquoise, lapis and coral stones. The naja pendant measures around 3" X 2-1/4" and contains stunning end silver raindrops. Resting throughout the rest of the necklace are incredible handmade round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp and remarkable end fluted silver cones. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. Signed by Zuni artist, AP. The length of the necklace measures around 28". Sturdy 65 grams.
