This is a museum quality Navajo very large and chunky coral silver squash blossom necklace. This outstanding necklace contains 10 phenomenal large egg shaped silver squashes that each contain five beautiful chunky coral stones. Surrounding the corals on both the naja pendant and squashes include raindrops, ropes and wave works. The impressive large sturdy naja pendant measures around 2-3/4" X 3" and contains more amazing chunky coral stones. This necklace contains a mind blowing plethora of hand cut large chunky coral stones. Resting throughout the rest of the necklace are stunning round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. It is very rare to find coral pieces such as this. What makes this necklace even more unique and rare is that it comes with a beautiful matching pair of coral silver earrings that each measure around 1-1/2" X 1". Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Fred James. The length of the necklace measures around 33". Sturdy 226 grams.
