300 Gram Rare Hogan Native American Navajo Sterling Silver Turquoise Squash Blossom Necklace

This is a superlative Nvajo very large turquoise and silver squash blossom necklace. This remarkable necklace contains 16 outstanding large all silver squashes that each include beautiful handmade large silver hogan beads with accenting sun and cloud pattern stampings. Resting at the bottom of the necklace is an incredible large double silver shank naja pendant that measures around 4" X 2-1/2". Located on the naja pendant are five phenomenal Sleeping Beauty turquoise stones with the largest stone measuring around 5/8" X 1/4". Accenting the stones are beautiful thick silver ropes with stunning sun stampings located throughout the naja. Located throughout the rest of the necklace are marvelous large handmade silver hogan beads with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. Signed by Navajo artist, G. Hale. The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 294 grams.
