The Best Vintage Native American Hopi Ralph Tawangyaouma Turquoise Sterling Silver Bracelet

This is a magnificent vintage Hopi turquoise silver bracelet handmade by the very important and famous artist, Ralph Tawangyaouma. Ralph has worked with silver for about 20 years before he actually started using his hallmark in the 1930's. This bracelet is by far one one of the most incredible turquoise Hopi bracelets we have collected in a while not only because it was handmade by the famous artist Ralph Tawangyaouma but also because he used very old turquoise stones that were used as earrings. The center three turquoise stones were once earrings as they each consist of a wonderful cut out area where the hooks were once were. This bracelet contains 17 outstanding large chunky Bisbee turquoise stones. Surrounding the center stone is a thick silver rope and accenting the rest of the stones are phenomenal silver raindrops and shells. This bracelet contains beautiful old natural patina and consists of a wonderful sturdy and thick triple silver shank cuff that graduates into a single shank towards the ends. This bracelet is absolutely impeccable. The center stone measures around 1-1/4" x 7/8". The width of the bracelet measures around 2-3/8". Signed by Hopi artist, Ralph Tawangyaouma. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1950's+. The inside end to end measures around 6" with an additional 1" gap. Sturdy 116 grams.
