Statement Vintage Native American Navajo Colossal Turquoise Slab Sterling Silver Bracelet

This is a museum quality vintage Navajo large single stone silver bracelet. This phenomenal piece contains a large blue turquoise stone with impeccable surrounding silver works. The silver works that surround the stone include hand carved leaves, flowers, shells, ropes, and stems. Running down both ends of the magnificent thick, sturdy and wide silver cuff are remarakble stampings containing sun works, diamons patterns, dotted patterns, teepees and channel works. The edges of the wide silver cuff amazingly wave from one end to the other. The center stone measures around 2-1/4" x 1-3/4". The width of the bracelet measures around 2-1/2". Signed by Navajo artist, Al McCabe . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 6-1/2" with an additional 1-1/2" gap. Sturdy 218 grams.
