This is a fascinating vintage Zuni turquoise snake eye silver bracelet. This is one of the finest snake eye bracelets we have collected this year. The bracelet is very old, thick and heavy, not light and flimsy like the majority of of similar pieces. This bracelet includes a beautiful plethora of snake eye turquoise stones, a total of 60, WOW! The turquoise stones appear to be from the remarkable Blue Gem and Cerrillos turquoise mines. Situated throughout the stones are marvelous silver raindrops. This bracelet consists of a heavy and thick quadruple silver shank cuff with beautiful designs that run down each end. The silver works that run down the ends include raindrops, arrow stampings, teepee patterns and sun works. The width of the bracelet measures around 1-1/8". Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The inside end to end measures around 5-1/4" with an additional 1-1/4" gap. Sturdy 53 grams.
