One Of The Best Ever Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Ketoh Bracelet

This is a magnificent vintage Navajo very large turquoise and silver ketoh bracelet. This impressive bracelet contains a huge center rectangular shaped silver plate that measures a whopping 4-1/8" X 2-7/8" and consists of outstanding turquoise stones with accenting silver works. Resting in the center are 7 incredible large and chunky Gilbert turquoise stones. The accenting silver works consist of bordering sun patterns, plant works, and repoussed shells. Resting at each side of the large wide ketoh bracelet are 3, 6 total, silver shells that each measure around 1-1/8" in diameter. This ketoh bracelet can fit a wrist size of about 7-1/2" give or take. The center stone measures around 1-1/2" x 1-1/8". The width of the bracelet measures around 4-1/2". Signed by Navajo artist, Julian Chavez. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 158 grams.
