One Of Craziest Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Squash Blossom Necklace

This is a museum quality vintage Navajo turquoise and coral silver squash blossom necklace being one of the finest squash blossom necklaces we have collected this year. This piece is just incredible, look at the colossal hand carved Royston turquoise indian/ bear head at the bottom. The turquoise appears to be from the wonderful Royston turquoise mine. Look at how detailed the indian head is with the bear carved into the hair of the indian. Located throughout the entire necklace are wonderful coral stones with surrounding silver wave works, ropes and diamond stampings. The double shank naja pendant measures around 3-1/2" X 3" and the remarkable large turquoise stone measures around 2-1/2" X 1-1/4". Resting throguhout the entire necklace are fabulous round and torpedo shaped silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1960's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Cactus moon. The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 284 grams.
