Old Deposit Batch (rare) Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Bracelet

This is an astonishing vintage Navajo large single stone silver bracelet. This amazing bracelet contains a large chunky blue turquoise stone that appears to be from the incredible Old Kingman turquoise mine. The Old Kingman turquoise mine is a historic mine located in northwestern Arizona, USA. The mine was first discovered in the late 1800s and was actively mined for turquoise from the early 1900s until the 1970s. The turquoise from this mine is known for its bright blue color and distinctive spiderweb matrix.Today, the Old Kingman mine is no longer active, but the turquoise it produced continues to be highly sought after by collectors and jewelry makers. Many pieces of vintage Native American jewelry featuring Old Kingman turquoise are highly prized by collectors and can command high prices at auction. Surrounding the stone are wonderful silver works that consist of long stems, raindrops, ropes, wave patterns and leaves. Resting at the sides of the thick and sturdy double silver shank cuff are outstanding thick silver flanks with sun stampings. The old natural patina on this bracelet is absolutely phenomenal. The height at the center of the bracelet measures around 2-3/8" while the width at the center of the double silver shank cuff measures around 1-3/4". The center stone measures around 2" x 1".
