Native American One Of The Biggest Best Vintage Santo Domingo Turquoise Inlay Necklace

This is an impressive vintage Santo Domingo inlaid large shell pendant necklace. This phenomenal necklace contains a wonderful graduating three strand necklace that consists of hand cut graduating thick jet stones with accenting hand cut disc shaped Number 8 turquoise stones. What is really interesting is the single accenting hand cut coral stone that rests on one side of the triple strand necklace. Situated at the bottom of the necklace is a very large, one of the largest, inlaid shell pendants we have ever collected. The shell pendant measures a whopping 4-3/4" X 5-1/8". The pendant consists of a marvelous and intricate inlay that is of a Thunderbird. The inlay consists of Royston turquoise, Number 8 turquoise, jet and spiny oyster. I absolutely love this necklace as the intricacy is just phenomenal. Located at the end of the necklace is a marvelous hand braided neck piece. Sterling silver.. The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 385 grams.
