Native American Colossal Vintage Navajo Carico Lake Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace Old

This is a magnificent Native American turquoise and silver necklace. The pendant on this necklace is absolutely remarkable and so detailed consisting of a large center Carico Lake turquoise stone. Surrounding the stone are impeccable silver works that include beautiful long hand carved leaves, swirling stems, raindrops and ropes. I love the extra dangling silver leaf at the bottom of the pendant as well. The entire pendant including the dangling leaf and bail measures a whopping 4-3/4" X 2-1/4" and the remarkable center turquoise stone measures around 1-3/8" X 1-1/4". Running up the rest of the necklace are phenomenal handmade round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 34".
