Up for sale is this remarkable vintage Navajo necklace. Love the look of this amazing lengthy turquoise necklace! Separated and accented with gray heishi, the double strands are host to 60 absolutely incredible turquoise nuggets! At the base of the strands, an additional turquoise nugget gathers the strands above – and the double strand jacla of 26 more turquoise nuggets below! The largest of stones is about 7/8” x ?”. Noticing the attention to detail where the artist has even slightly twisted the strands that add that extra appeal to this piece! So fine! Cir. 1970's+. The length of the necklace measures around 36". Sturdy 154 grams.
