Inter Tribal Indian Ceremonial 1st Place Native American Zuni Turquoise Inlay 2 Finger Ring

This is a magnificent Zuni important inlaid silver ring which won first place in the Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial. This is one of the most prestigious ceremonies there are. This ring is absolutely remarkable as it is very long and fits comfortably on two fingers allowing the face of the ring to run across four fingers. The inlay on this ring consists of sugulite, malachite, turquoise, coral, spiny oyster, lapis and mother of pearl. Located above the inlay is a phenomenal Indian desert scene. One size fits an 8.5 while the other fits a 9, however the deal with this ring is if it fits one of the fingers it is ok to not fit the other perfectly as it can rest comfortably without having to fit exactly true to size on one finger. The ring face measures around 3-1/2" x 1-1/8". Signed by Zuni artist, Bryon Tom . The ring size is around 8.5 to 9. Cir. 1970's+. Sterling silver. Sturdy 50 grams.
