Important Native American Navajo Green Turquoise Orange Coral Heishi Necklace

This is a breathtaking vintage Navajo multiple strand turquoise and coral necklace. This piece was handmade by the famous artist, Rye Whitegoat. The necklace is comprised of 10 phenomenal strands that consist of green to blue turquoise stones with accenting very rare orange coral stones. Located throughout the stones and shells are outstanding white to brown shell heishi. Check out the neck piece on this necklace as it is intricately hand braided for a longer lasting piece. Cir. 1970's+. Navajo artist, Rye Whitegoat. The length of the necklace measures around 32". Sturdy 178 grams.
