Important Native American Navajo Al Sanchez Coral Sterling Silver Squash Blossom Necklace

This is an astonishing vintage Navajo coral and silver squash blossom and earring set. This phenomenal squash blossom is very unique and definitely not one you see often as the silver works and designs are really unique. The necklace contains 10 wonderful chunky coral stones with the largest measuring around 3/8" X 1/4". Situated on the necklace are 8 rectangular shaped squashes that each measure around 1-1/2" X 7/8" and the remarakble large silver naja pendant that measures around 3" X 2-1/2". I absolutely love how this necklace comes with a phenomenal matching pair of coral silver earrings that each measure around 1-1/8" X 5/8". The silver works that are located throughout all of the squashes as well as the naja are impeccable including swirling patterns, hands, dragonflies, and flattened raindrops. Situated throughout the majority of the necklace are superior round silver beads. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Alex Sanchez . The length of the necklace measures around 28". Sturdy 219 grams.
