The Most Unique Vintage Native American Turquoise Inlay Shell Sterling Necklace

This is a museum quality Zuni very rare and unique inlaid shell pendant necklace. This magnificent necklace contains a huge inlaid bottom shell pendant that measures a whopping 4-5/8" X 4", WOW! The inlay on the pendant consists of lapis, sugulite, turquoise and tan shell. The workmanship is absolutely impeccable. Running throughout the 5 strands of the necklace are beautiful hand cut tan to brown shell heishi with end accenting silver cones and a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Zuni artist, PA (possibly Paul Arviso). The length of the necklace measures around 35". Sturdy 274 grams.
