Opulent Norm Woody Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Tubule Necklace

This is an impressive Navajo huge turquoise and silver necklace. This mind blowing necklace is absolutely wonderful as it was handmade by the extremely famous artist, Norm Woody. This absolutely remarkable necklace consists of impeccable detailing. The silver works consist of large handmade silver tubule beads with beautiufl stampings and overlay geometric patterns. The beads on this necklace graduatie in size. The largest silver tubule bead measures around 1-1/4" X 3/4". Located at the bottom of the necklace is a phenomenal large handmade silver concho pendant that consists of a wonderful turquoise stone. The turquoise stone measures around 7/8" X 1/2" and the pendant measures around 3-1/4" X 2-1/4" including the bail. Even located at the ends of the necklace near the traditional silver clasp are two more amazing turquoise stones. The turquoise appears to be from the old Sleeping Beauty turquoise mine. What we really love about this necklace is that it makes an absolutely beautiful chiming noise. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Norm Woody. The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 142 grams.
