This is a fascinating vintage Navajo inlaid silver pendant necklace. This necklace contains a wonderful plethora of colored stones and shells. The stones and shells on this necklace consist of onyx, mother of pearl, tan shell, coral, gaspeite and turquoise. Resting at the bottom of the necklace is a marvelous inlaid silver pendant that measures around 1-1/2" X 1/2" including the silver bail. The inlay on the pendant contains opal, tan shell, coral, and onyx. Surrounding the inlaid night sky pueblo patterns are stunning silver works that consist of ropes and channel works. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, NJ. The length of the necklace measures around 20-1/2". Sturdy 21 grams.
