One Of The Best Ever Native American Navajo Ben Begaye Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace

This is a magnificent Navajo large hand carved turquoise pendant silver necklace handmade by the famous artist, Ben Begaye. Resting at the bottom is a large hand carved single Number 8 turquoise bird. The eyes of the bird are wonderfully inlaid with corals. Located at the bottom of the pendant is a stunning dangling silver feather that consists of intricate detailing. The entire pendant including the bail and dangling silver feather measures around 4-1/4" X 3". What I also love about this necklace is that the handmade silver link chain is absolutely large and thick with a sturdy traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. Handmade by Navajo artist, Ben Begaye. The length of the necklace measures around 29". Sturdy 134 grams.
